Youakim (Kim) Bitar

Youakim Bitar received a Master of Science in Engineering (MSE) degree in

Computer Science from Princeton University where he was the recipient of

a Princeton University Fellowship. He has completed additional coursework

at Harvard University, Stanford University and UCLA. He received his

bachelor’s degree with Highest Honors (Summa Cum Laude).

He has Information Technology experience in both the public and private

sectors in Australia, the United States, Japan, and the Middle East.

His previous appointments include:

· Lead Enterprise Architect on one of the largest ever Government IT

projects in Australia

· Information Systems Expert with the United Nations

· Head of Research and Project Manager for Internet Banking at a

Financial Institution

· Senior Research Engineer and Technical Leader of the Online Transaction

Systems Group at Mitsubishi Electric’s Information Systems Laboratory in

Japan
